TERMS FOR TIPPERS

These Terms for Tippers (“Terms”) govern the use of the YouTipper platform (www.youtipper.com) by individuals or entities (“Tippers,” “you”) who provide one-time tips or payments to creators or users (“Recipients”) on the Platform. By sending tips, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Definitions

YouTipper: the platform operated by YouTipper, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 98761706.

Tippers: users who send tips or payments via the Platform.

Recipients: users of the Platform who receive tips.

Wallet: a decentralized blockchain wallet controlled by the Recipient.

Platform: www.youtipper.com, its applications, and related services.

2. Acceptance of Terms

2.1 By sending a tip, you agree to these Terms and YouTipper’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
2.2 If you do not agree, do not use the Platform to send tips.

3. One-Time Payments and Tips

3.1 Tippers may send tips to Recipients through the Platform using the blockchain-based Wallet system.
3.2 Tips are final and cannot be reversed or refunded once processed.
3.3 Tippers are responsible for ensuring they are sending tips to the correct Recipient.

4. Fees and Payments

4.1 YouTipper may charge fees for the processing of tips.
4.2 Fees and any applicable taxes are clearly displayed before the tip is confirmed.
4.3 Tippers are responsible for all applicable taxes and compliance with local laws related to tipping or payments.

5. Risks and Limitations

5.1 By sending tips, you acknowledge the following risks:

Blockchain transactions are irreversible and publicly recorded.

Network delays, technical errors, or blockchain congestion may affect the processing of tips.

The value of digital assets used for tipping may fluctuate.
5.2 YouTipper provides the Platform “as is” and does not guarantee uninterrupted service.
5.3 YouTipper is not responsible for any loss of funds, errors, or damages resulting from tipping.

6. Acceptable Use

6.1 Tippers must not use the Platform to:

Send illegal, fraudulent, or harmful content or payments;

Attempt to exploit bugs or vulnerabilities in the Platform;

Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
6.2 YouTipper reserves the right to suspend or block Tippers who misuse the Platform.

7. Privacy and Security

7.1 Tippers’ personal information is processed according to YouTipper’s Privacy Policy.
7.2 Tippers are responsible for maintaining the security of their own devices, accounts, and payment credentials.

8. No Financial or Legal Advice

8.1 YouTipper does not provide financial, legal, or tax advice.
8.2 Tippers are solely responsible for any legal, tax, or regulatory obligations in their jurisdiction.

9. Termination

9.1 Tippers may stop sending tips at any time.
9.2 YouTipper may suspend or terminate access to the Platform for Tippers who violate these Terms.
9.3 YouTipper may discontinue tipping services at any time without prior notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, YouTipper is not liable for:

Loss of tips or funds;

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages;

Blockchain network errors or delays;

Actions or omissions of third-party wallet providers.

10.2 Any liability of YouTipper is limited to the fees actually paid by the Tipper in the three (3) months prior to the claim.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

11.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of The Netherlands.
11.2 Any disputes shall be submitted exclusively to the competent courts of Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
